Fit3D maintains 3,500+ scanners in 74 countries. We provide an easy and accurate way for business owners to validate their programs and scale member revenue. Many of the negative reviews you’ll see are from former free users unhappy about our move to a paid subscription model. Since 2022, Fit3D has required all customers to pay a monthly service fee—similar to a phone plan, there is both hardware and a service layer involved. As service costs have increased, we've phased out legacy free access in favor of a consistent paid model, which is now standard across the SaaS industry.Current Customers: Please let us know if you have any comments about your current service that we can answer. I asked what I thought was a complicated question and I was responded to right away! Not only did they supply a quick response but they helped me with with what I thought was a complicated issue on my part. They made this very easy and accessible!

This scan is awesome and provides very useful information. Love that you can compare new scans with past scans to measure your progress. Customer support staff is responsive and very helpful!

Add me to the list of folks who bought a unit, had to shut down during COVID, and just tried to turn on our FIT3D machine to find that they've turned off access. Yes, like everyone else here that supported them early on, they promised a one-time purchase price to get me to buy, and now will not allow the unit to work without a recurring paid plan. On 3/29/23, they wrote in an email to us "We will not be turning off any units as this would be unethical and does not align with our business practices" and "We understand that this may not be a part of your agreement, and we will never force you to pay more than you agreed to." Apparently, while my unit was off for an extended time, they decided their business practices did include turning off units and violating their initial contract. For us independents, the new scheme doesn't work, and we would never have bought in knowing this was coming. Yes, there may be a lawsuit here, but at this point, who wants Fit3D as a partner? I most likely will have to pay more out of pocket just to verify the unit is working correctly.

It was undoubtedly a challenging time for our industry as well. Regarding your mention of changes in 2023, I want to highlight that we did communicate with our customers through six emails, explaining the necessity of adjustments due to increasing operational costs on our tech platform. As echoed in other reviews, our aim is always to balance these changes while keeping our services affordable for all clients. Regarding the issue with turning off machines, I'm more than willing to investigate further. However, it's important to note that there was a deadline communicated, and when payment wasn't received, the service was discontinued. Should you wish to resume service with us, our base plan starts at just $100, and we can likely reactivate your unit within 24 hours. Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience caused by the changes we had to implement last year. We value your partnership and hope that the benefits our services provide in tracking and monitoring progress outweigh the modest monthly fee. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, Patrick
Please goto report fraud ftc gov to file bad business practices against Fit3D if you were an old customer told you did not need a service plan when you bought the equipment, especially those who purchased in late 2022, were baited and switched for a $100-$250 subscription plan and told if they did not purchase the machine would become a "200 lb paper weight". I can provide the email for this website to review shouldvit be flagged or taken down. Just Google their reviews elsewhere there are even tiktoks on the scam. They have been reported to ftc

Awww did I hurt your fweelings with my name calling??? Guess you did not get my email. Had the pleasure of meeting the young lady who beat your a## in court for the exact reason I am letting the world know the stole from me and possibly thousands more!!! Hey Pat, what's worse......calling someone names or stealing from someone??? That same young lady is sharing ALL her court documents with me, and I will be sure to share them with everyone possible. I'm sorry that my explanations did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your loyalty since you bought the machine in 2019. We regret that our introduction of a small monthly fee changes how you value our service. A lot has changed in the last 5 years. Love the accuracy of this machine and how much information it gives. Even at my worst conditions, It’s definitely an eye opener. It will definitely keep me accountable for my actions, when I know it’s time for me to step on it. I highly recommend it!
