Fit3D maintains 3,500+ scanners in 74 countries. We provide an easy and accurate way for business owners to validate their programs and scale member revenue. Many of the negative reviews you’ll see are from former free users unhappy about our move to a paid subscription model. Since 2022, Fit3D has required all customers to pay a monthly service fee—similar to a phone plan, there is both hardware and a service layer involved. As service costs have increased, we've phased out legacy free access in favor of a consistent paid model, which is now standard across the SaaS industry.Current Customers: Please let us know if you have any comments about your current service that we can answer. If you have an active ticket you'd like us to address, please email us at [email protected]. Leaving a review here to get our attention will take longer than simply emailing us for an escalation. Fit 3D is a wonderful game unfortunately the ads run for 2-3 times longer than it takes to play the game.

Hi UnHappy, I think you have confused with someone else. We don't have a "game' or run "ads" anywhere with our B2B Body Composition Software. I'm sorry the other vendor you speak of is providing a bad gaming experience though. Hope you make it to the next level ;) -Patrick
It only worked once.

Hi Michael, I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’ve been experiencing. Could you let me know if you’re writing in as a unit owner or as someone who completed a scan? If you have an existing support ticket, I’d be happy to take a closer look into it for you. With our system’s architecture, even with a newly set-up unit, you should generally see a percentage of successful scans rather than it working just once. There may be environmental or usage factors at play, and we’d be glad to investigate and ensure everything is operating as it should. If you can provide me with some details to help locate your account or ticket, I’ll work on resolving this for you and getting your system back up and running. There is also a chance that since the staff had off on Christmas, we perhaps did not get to your ticket in time. LMK. Looking forward to helping! Best regards, Patrick
Service is slow and there's no urgency when experiencing issues. I've been mostly disappointed since signing up to pay for the support service (which was enforced after we were told it was free as part of the initial purchase). The only saving grace is Norma who is switched on and has managed to solve our issues after stepping in. Update: After completing this review 1 month's service was provided free of charge and the issue has since been resolved. However, it is important to note that some of the waits were WEEKS to get answers to problems, this is not just a time difference issue between the UK and US. This has since improved however we are get to experience a great service. Interestingly, Patrick has noted what the subscription includes but has failed to admit that the original CEO emailed to say there would be no form of subscription/ servicing when the machine was first purchased! This machine was originally used to offer free scans for members, however, the business model changed once the subscription service came in. I'm still not impressed with the service and genuinely would not recommend Fit3D at present.

Hi Julie, I'm glad that you have had a good experience with Norma. She is great. I also see that the team credited your account a month of service for the time you were down in March due to that keyboard issue. I am glad we could help out there. It looks like that issue was caused by a Microsoft windows update rather then something that Fit3D did. The V4 systems can be a bit more sensitive to those new Microsoft updates as time goes on. But, I am glad that our team was able to help your unit up & running. Per the time difference, I do see that there was a gap between our communication & yours as you are in Europe & we are in the USA west coast. We are figuring out how to provide better staffing to the UK region since we had to let go our UK distributor last October. And, I apologize if technically the Isle of Man is not part of the UK - as an American I do not know too much about your country personally. Oh - I did want to clarify one part. The monthly subscription is not for Technical Support. The monthly service is to cover technical operations for things like server scan processing, hosting fees, and technical operations. Technical Support is free to all our clients. Maybe that was not made clear, but support is still free. I see that we have helped you with 6 tickets since January of 2024 mostly relating to scan result reviews. I hope our responsiveness is improving on those. We are working greatly on that. -Patrick
I am not sure how many starts to give. I had my 2nd scan. I lost 30 lbs. The lists me as having as much body fat as I did 30 lbs ago. It dropped my lean muscle mass 25 lbs. While I know you can lose some lean muscle when losing weight, this seems off considering I am also lifting weights. So, I am just not sure the numbers are accurate. Also, it lists my neck at 22 inches. The only way that happens is if they added my ponytail to the neck measurement and that seems stupid.

Hi Camrin, To answer your question, the hair actually matters a lot. Our sensors are 3d cameras, so if you are blocking the neck, you are either going to get a scan error or it's going to think your hair is part of your neck. We recommend a "bun", not a "ponytail". As a reminder, this is part of the scan guidelines we recommend to everyone on the tablet as you start your scan. If this (neck) measurement is off, then any calculations based on that one will also be in-correct - so, I'd agree your calculations are going to be off. I'm happy to answer any other questions about your scan over email to be respectful of your privacy. You can email us at [email protected]. Also - Congratulations on your weight loss journey. This seems like a great accomplishment. Have a great weekend. Fit3D
