Fit3D maintains 3,500+ scanners in 74 countries. We provide an easy and accurate way for business owners to validate their programs and scale member revenue. Many of the negative reviews you’ll see are from former free users unhappy about our move to a paid subscription model. Since 2022, Fit3D has required all customers to pay a monthly service fee—similar to a phone plan, there is both hardware and a service layer involved. As service costs have increased, we've phased out legacy free access in favor of a consistent paid model, which is now standard across the SaaS industry.Current Customers: Please let us know if you have any comments about your current service that we can answer. The team was super fast to respond and very kind. I needed help with something easy, but not exactly common and the team made it easy and painless process. I was able to transfer all of my previous scans with no issue.

Very slow customer service. I bought the scale, then had to pay $600 to activate it...just to start the trouble shooting process. It took almost 2 months of back and forth (via email, even though I politely asked to talk on the phone so we could troubleshoot faster instead of playing email tag) Finally got the scanner working (or so I thought) for a few weeks. They only credited me for 1 month of subscription fees back. We are 3 months in to using it and it stopped working again... and now I am back to the email game for the last 1.5 weeks. For how expensive this scale is, you think they would work with you on what is fair as well as try to get the issue fixed asap (set a call) but sadly they do not. As of right now, I would highly recommend going a different route simply due to the costs and customer service. As a gym owner the last thing you need is to add more things to your list to do... not worth the headache.

I wanted to address the concerns you raised about the Fit3D unit you acquired, noting that it was a used unit with missing pieces. Assisting customers with older equipment, especially when incomplete, can indeed take more time to ensure proper setup and functionality. We're actively enhancing our response time, aiming to provide even quicker assistance. While we did manage to respond to your emails within 31 minutes of opening yesterday, I acknowledge there was additional communication necessary for your registration process and the weight scale calibration. I'm hoping that Marlon's offer of crediting your account with that month of free service serves as a gesture of goodwill. Lastly, concerning the transfer fee of $500 for used units, this is disclosed on our website and covers essential services such as account setup and data privacy compliance. If you had purchased directly from us, this fee would not apply. Thank you once again for bringing these matters to our attention. Representatives from Fit3D were very responsive when I contacted about a defective part. They kept in constant communication with me throughout troubleshooting the issue and replacing the part. I'm Happy to say that our scanner is up and running and we're loving it!

For two days our machine would allow clients to sign in, take the weight, then give an error message for the metrics and wellness activity. I activated a ticket after the second day. Quick response from Customer Support. Norma gave me detailed instructions and video links to use to aid me with rebooting our equipment. After using these, the machine was up and running again. I recently had a scan at my gym and the metrics didn’t initially show up, so I reached out to Fit3D support and they were able to rerun the scan and populate the metrics so that I have a baseline. The response time to my ticket was fast and resolved quickly!

Norma scheduled a call with me to see what the problem was with my scanner. It turns out I had the wrong version of the software loaded on my tablet. Norma fixed the problem straight away and now my members will be very happy again! Thank you Norma 😊🥳

Awful experience After buying the equipment over 5 years ago, fit 3d introduced and forced all owners to subscribe to a very hefty monthly bill. At first when fit3d were screwing all their loyal owners, they were very nice and responded immediately. Now however I am waiting over 3 weeks for a response. I have emailed Patrick, Norma, and others, on several occasions and am ignored. I would not recommend this company. They have a lot of depth to their customers and have no loyalty. Do not trust
