I love the variety of coatings and plastics available for high index lenses. And really enjoy the selection of frames available to choose from. I've been dealing with Eyeglass for years. Every order has been fulfilled to perfection at an unbelievably low price. I couldn't ask for more. I recently sent them what I thought was a repair. It turns out that the frame was not theirs (my fault). They called to let me know the frame was not repairable . . . Oh well. I got another call a short time later saying that they had found a frame that would accept my lenses with minimal trimming. Boy was I happy. This is customer service above and beyound normal.

I traded in an old eye glass for a new progressive prescription of sun glasses. Great price, speedy service, and I got the old lenses back to donate.

What made the transactions perfect? Eyeglassdirect does everything required-and even more sometimes--to deliver a pair of glasses in absolute accordance with the prescription, in a timely fashion, and at what is probably the lowest price one could find or expect. I cannot why anyone needing a pair of glasses would seek anyother service.
