My glasses arrived without the correct prescription. Company won’t refund

The prescription entered was incorrect. We offered to make the lenses over at no charge. You were issued a refund. Thank you Customer service.
The transition lenses do not get dark unless they’re in direct sunlight. Your representative advised me, that there are no such transition lenses out there that turn if they’re not in direct sunlight. I tried to explain to him this is not true. that I have a pair that turn when I am not in direct sunlight. My last two pair have a transition lens that will turn in the car without being in direct sunlight. that’s what I thought I was buying for $90 some. The gentleman insisted that I did not mention this in the phone call that we had when I added it to my existing order. But I did I said that I want the kind that turns in the car not just in the sun, he said if I would have said that he would’ve suggested I not get it because it doesn’t do that. Your representative continued to tell me I was wrong. He has been in the business for 40 years. He knows better! Here I thought I was the customer. The only reason why I went to your company is because I like the frame with no Hinges the company that I have been buying my glasses from do not offer this frame. Otherwise I would’ve stayed with them. You need to work on your Customer Service people. And I hope that our conversation was recorded when he called to verify the color that I wanted in my transition lenses. After this, I will never recommend your company to anyone. Thank you.

Donna, Generation S Transitions do not change in the car. That is the formula the we use at EyeglassDirect. If a customer asks for photochromic lenses that change in a car we advise them not to get that option. Transitions does have a formula called Extra Active that changes moderately in the car. They start out darker inside and do not get completely clear. If you are interested please contact customer service. 866 536 7790
As soon a I opened the glasses, screw holding the frame together fell out and lens fell out of frame

ordered may 1, it is now may 20 after calling to find them they have not been made or tested. i guess i get to wait a couple more weeks for them to get it together. did not even get an eta or any shipping info from the associate just "we are busy and you are going to have to wait."

Shipped with the wrong frames. Slow to respond to e-mail. Re-used shipping label when sent back to me, so I couldn't track the glasses back to me.

I never received my order???? and would like to order the other pair exactly like I first ordered for 50% of the cost and then if I receive both, I will change my experience

Ordered them 16 days ago and they haven’t even been shipped yet! Driving to church on Sunday’s I’m driving into the morning sun and am almost blind. Getting headaches from squirting while driving into the sun at other times as well.
