Good contact and service. Reasonable price. I ordered rimless glasses without hinges. I received glasses with hinges. They apologized and I was able to return the product.

Shipping was relatively quick. Glasses frames arrived undamaged and neatly packed, but one of my pairs of glasses arrived with a small scratch on the lens

The problem is their invoice does not give a itemized breakdown of what you bought when you buy their glasses and the insurance company requires an itemized breakdown... I had to actually call the company and the customer service rep had to create a invoice manually for me which eventually he did after several phone calls, but what a hassle!

Good quality. Great price. After I ordered, I didn’t have any idea how long it would take to receive my glasses, so better communication on that would be helpful.
