Randy has done several glasses for me now. I send him frames and old lenses and he sends me back transitions with my new prescription. Good communication and always a quick turnaround. Price much better than docs office. Keep up the goodwork Randy.

I ordered replacement of the lens for a pair of sunglasses. The prescription from the doctor turned out to be wrong. When I emailed Eyeglasses Direct about this, they did not respond and their guarantee appears to apply only to frames ordered from them. I have switched to a different eyeglasses company that has a better guarantee. Eyeglasses Direct got my $200 in this case, but lost my business. UPDATE. A representative from Eyeglass Direct called me after this review was posted and said he responds to all emails, but never received one from me. While on the phone, he said he was looking in a spam folder and found my email that he had not responded to. He also said that they have a policy for prescription changes for a fee of about $40 plus shipping, even though this is not described on their website and the website says "Eyeglassdirect.com is not responsible for any errors or changes in your prescription prescribed by your optometrist or opthalmologist." After I told him that another company makes prescription changes in these cases, he offered to replace the lenses at no charge except for shipping IF I would change the review. I declined to change the review, at which point he withdrew the offer. After this experience, I believe it will be to my advantage to do business with another company that has on their website clear policies for consistently good customer service (and that does not route to a spam folder email from an established email address for a customer account).

Please reach out to our customer service at (866) 536-7790 so that we may resolve your issue. Update: We have reached out to the customer and offered to redo the lenses free of charge and customer declined. Update 2: Our offer still stands, we are willing to redo your prescription free of charge including shipping.
