I have never had a problem with Eye glass direct . I receive my glasses in a timely manner and I am always satisfied with the experience. Will continue to use Eye Glass Direct in the future.

EyeglassDirect provides terrific service at low prices. Randy spent time with me on the phone making sure I was ordering the right lenses, even advising me that 1.67 progressive lenses would provide better vision than the more expensive 1.74 lenses I was considering. He called after he got my frames to check a discrepancy in PD distances. And he had no problem replacing the lenses on my Mykita frames, which require special tools before there are no screws in the frames.

My glasses are perfect and it's so easy to have a conversation them. I've ordered several pairs and they come back every time correct.

Glasses work great at a great price.

I was happy with the turnaround time and the prescription. However, I was not happy with three very fine scratches on the new lens. I think they may have come from the returned lenses that were placed inside the case with the new glasses. Luckily, they aren't in my field of view, but they still shouldn't have been there. Also, it would be nice if the transition lenes would come in more choices. Only gray and brown are available.

I found the service and quality extremely high and very professional. I made three pairs of glasses over the last six months and I am very happy with the service. And I love my new glasses.
