I had a good experience with Eyeglassdirect.The ordering process was easy with the simple step by step instructions.When my glasses arrived I was thrilled but they didn't sit straight.I called Eyeglassdirect and was told to send them back.They called and told me I needed a different frame. My new frame is perfect.I am planning on ordering a pair of sunglasses. Great customer service.

My old lens did not properly fit the frame purchased. there were gaps around the frame where the lens did not properly fit.

Two pair of glasses were sent for replacement prescription lenses. Cost was extremely reasonable, 90% less than my eyecare practicioner quote. Glasses were returned in 2.5 weeks. I would definitely recommend.

Glasses were true to my prescription and fit.It took little over 2 weeks and a phone call till I finally received my glasses.Unfortunately the order was not complete and I had to send them, back.It was then promptly taken care of and had the glasses back in 5 days. I could recommend buying glasses from Eyeglassddirect
