If I could give it 0 stars I would. There is nothing express about this company. I’ve gone 10 days without my medication. The site says processing without any actual information. I called to cancel the order so I could fill it at a local pharmacy and they told me it was too far into processing to be able to cancel it. It HADNT shipped yet, so they could’ve stopped it. The ETA date on the website is trash as well because there’s no way I will get it in 2 days if it hasn’t shipped yet. Talking to a rep app he did was say the same thing over and over again from a script. Over and over and over again.

Worst company. Worst customer service. Slowest delivery ever. They've botched 3 out of 3 prescription orders and our family has only used them for three months. My daughter has been waiting on a topical antibiotic for a skin infection for nearly 2 weeks. They scrutinize every new Rx. How about let the doctors doctor and just do your damn job to ship out the prescribed meds in a timely manner!?

"Would you continue to hold for the supervisor?" a dozen times. Four-five times repeating my name, DOB, zip code, transferred numerous times, HAD TO SAY REPEATEDLY Express Scripts CONFIRMED THEY HAD BEGUN MY ORDER 7 DAYS PREVIOUS Prescription #:***** 7256 Invoice #: *****395156 WITH NO NEW INFO ON ORDER STATUS. That is what started a fool's errand for me being told by a MADDENINGLY UNCARING ELDER LADY: "We don't have that order. Would you continue to hold for a supervisor?" over and over and over again. She would never acknowledge that Express Scripts had sent me a confirmation email: Thanks For Your Order, Janet, with an invoice # above. Talking to this woman made me think Express Scripts is purposely lowering their valuation for imminent planned takeover. WHAT IN THE WORLD HAS HAPPENED TO EXPRESS SCRIPTS? I've been with Express Scripts since 2010 with excellent service. I had to get my Rx at Walgreen's. CIGNA: WAKE UP EXPRESS SCRIPTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Untrained, incompetent, non helpful. Gets it wrong 💯 of the time. Horrible!!!!!

Offered full reimbursement for COVID test kits. Denied claim and the customer service told to reapply because it was a mistake. Denied the claim again.

It is so stupid to call a customer to be put on hold having to wait until they can get someone on line to talk to you!

Express Scripts work hard to get your business. They call often and send mail frequently. I decided to try one of my medications and it was less at my local pharmacy. Then another medication last year I called them and they were a fraction of the local pharmacy. No issues until just recently when I went to refill this same medication. It went from $150 to $457 for a 90 day supply due to my deductible. But, I’ve had to call my doctor 5 times now, as they wouldn’t fill it without multiple calls for pre-authorization. And I kept calling and getting a different agent and they would seem confused. Last week I was told they would expedite my medication as I’ve been out now for over two weeks and I had a refill from last fall. Today the agent said that is not true and I don’t and it’s going to take another 7-10 days. Then the agent told me today that everything has finally been cleared on their end and they are processing payment right away for $1,429.00. WHAT!? Hold on, for my medication? What happened to the $457 from last week? The agent explained that this is the deductible and there is nothing he can do, that is the cost. So I canceled everything, closed my account and dealing with my local pharmacy again thank goodness. I’m now three weeks without my medication, been playing the phone game for a month now and they have no idea on their end what is going on. It seems it depends on the agent you get on the answer you will receive. I advise against using them at all.

If I could leave zero stars You are thieves been stealing monet from my fsa card for over a year even tho I been getting my refills from cvs, got proof Lady say your on autopsy, so we bill you, that is a federal offense will be seeking legal help
