I usually have a good experience with them, but recently I had the unfortunate interaction with "Rica." She was extremely rude, wouldn't let me speak to a manager, and when I asked her if I could complete my sentences before she cuts me off, she told me "no." I've never been treated like that before. Thankfully, the person I spoke to after her was friendly and helpful.

Have used express.scripts with two different insurance companies, and after initial set up and script transfer I experienced no problems
