Hi Amey! Thank you for sharing your experience with us! We’re so glad you had a smooth shopping experience and truly appreciate your support. We hope to welcome you back again soon!
I ordered a pair of final sale Ferragamo loafers. I own loafers from Loewe, Gucci and Valentino, and wear the same size in each. These showed up and they were at least two full sizes too big. I almost think they are men's. Of course I can't return them. Bad on the vendor for not specifying the fit, not even sure they're real.

Hi Teresa! We’re truly sorry that the fit of the loafers was not what you expected, and we understand how disappointing this must have been, especially with a final sale item. Upon reviewing your order, we confirmed that the size selected at checkout was the size processed and shipped. We’d also like to reassure you that all items we offer are carefully reviewed for authenticity before being sent to our clients. For reference, our website includes a size chart, and when there is any uncertainty about fit, we also recommend referring to the brand’s sizing guide, as sizing can vary between brands and styles. One of our team members has also reached out to assist you with your concerns. We truly value your feedback and understand how important it is to have clear and helpful sizing information when making a purchase. We’ll continue working to make this information as useful as possible for our clients.
