I thank editorlist for fulfilling my desire for special crocs. The price was high but the company delivered as promised. It is the American way and definitely a lesson in supply/demand economics. Thank you.

The web site displayed a Shark Ninja Vacuum replacement part that I cannot buy from The SharkNinja website because they do not ship to Canada anymore. When I clicked on the item it just linked me over to that website ! Useless. They do not describe their website accurately. From reading the other reviews I thought they sold direct to the customer on their site. Huh. Update, they at least responded to this review, so I am updating them from 2* to 4*

Hi Lavinia, we are truly sorry for the frustration and disappointment this caused, especially when you were hoping to find a hard-to-get part shipped to Canada. We completely understand how misleading it felt to be redirected to a merchant site that ultimately couldn't fulfill your order. Our team is actively reviewing how we display partner links to ensure our website setup is clearer moving forward. If you ever need help finding alternative options, please reach out directly—we are always happy to assist.
Super easy to follow along my order and it arrived quickly! Only losing 1 star because I was confused if I needed to make an account or not to see order updates, etc.

The service is ok. I ordered something from Levi's (I'm a valued costumer) because I saw that only the Editorialist had my size. "Odd," I thought, but oh well. The product I got is what I expected: 1A quality, but the communication that the Editorialist was not efficient. It took them a while to acknowledge my purchase. Then they said some delivery company would deliver my packet, but in the end it was a different one that I could not track. I received the product, but only days later I get a notification about the arrival. It is a mess. Yet, I did get my package earlier than expected and everything was in perfect order. I am happy with my purchase. Thank you.

It was a little confusing because at first I got an email saying my order couldn’t be fulfilled. Then I got one saying that if it could be I would be updated. And finally a confirmation that it could be. Not sure what changed between the initial order through the end but grateful I was able to get what I wanted!

Hi Jessica! Thank you for sharing your experience. We apologize for the initial confusion and truly appreciate your patience throughout the process. We’re delighted that everything worked out and that you were able to receive the item you wanted. Thank you for your support!
Never received my order. Was supposed to be delivered within 1-2 weeks but never even shipped or updated tracking. Reached out via email with no response. Attempted to call customer service number and was met with a Google assistant and my call was declined. Other times it was a non sensical recording ("we will transfer you to the customer" what??) Then silence. Scammy and will be disputing the charges through my bank. Disappointing since I read reviews on here before purchase. Edit: They reached out quickly following the review and the shoes are here.
