The web site displayed a Shark Ninja Vacuum replacement part that I cannot buy from The SharkNinja website because they do not ship to Canada anymore. When I clicked on the item it just linked me over to that website ! Useless. They do not describe their website accurately. From reading the other reviews I thought they sold direct to the customer on their site. Huh. Update, they at least responded to this review, so I am updating them from 2* to 4*

I got a good price on a pair of sneakers for my husband. They arrived quickly and the sneakers were brand new.

Great experience, found a pair of designer sneakers I was hunting that were sold out on the designers site. Great price, shipping was a little high but came very fast. Great experience 👍
