Hi John! Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this situation may have been. After reviewing your order, we can confirm that it was successfully delivered on September 25, 2026, at 2:29 PM. We also see that you contacted us that same day and mentioned that you had received the item but found that it ran a little larger than expected. As the item was marked as Final Sale, it is not eligible for a return or exchange under our policy. This information was also included in your order confirmation when the order was processed. That said, we’d still like the opportunity to assist you further. A member of our team will reach out to you directly via email so we can better understand your concerns and see how we can assist. We appreciate you giving us the opportunity to look into this for you.
