My order was shipped right away and received on time as promised. Order was packaged well and every thing was in the box. I will use Direct Brand again and would recommend them to any one who needs to buy the products they sell.

The part I needed was discontinued so I was skeptical about getting a replacement. Direct Brand had it for a reasonable price and it was shipped out very quickly. And the part worked. My oven lit right up. Direct Brand has been a five star service up to this point. Thanks.
