Fast response and the eagerness of the support to accommodate our requests

The team is excellent in support, but the involvement of account managers is limited to sales which is not good. They should be supportive in all aspects, especially in denoting limitations of countries Govt. policies which delays Organizational validation process. The account Manager should take responsibilities to validate their organization account rather team calling Govt. dept. for Orga. validations. I am very happy with the support of Ayesha Davis who took the pending task and closed the Org. validation. This should not go unnoticed.

the issue was renewal the certificate there no optional for that and ask for support and told me re-issue option and get email for Approve Certificate Request for stcsc.sa after approval i did re-issue and i get the certificate.

Response was quick and gave the exact answer I wanted.
