Disappointing customer service. Our code signing certificate/token is not working. Almost 3 weeks after reporting this, and going around in circles, we are no further forward. We cannot issue code to our clients. It seems Digicert would like to help you out but there doesn't appear to be a joined up support resolution.

I belong to an Organisation which currently has a service agreement with Digicert since years back. We have witnessed Digicert decline from something great to something equal to a baggage. We are talking a decline in security and reliability while starting with more and more "Dark Patterns" to keep the already paying customers away. A short list of things I have noticed; - Everytime Digicert had done something wrong and its lifted to CAB/F levels Digicert tends do extreme things, like force revoke certificates within 12 hours, no wait, 24 hours, no way 3 days, now wait... 2 weeks. (August, 2024). no care about customers of larger sizes. - Account managers who priorities traveling around to meet new customer over responding to existing customers inquiries. - AI bots which purpose is to waste your time rather than support you. - Lets not even talk about the Privacy Policy for the chat support. - Unless you pay extra to be able to call support you will get the SLOW support, as in maybe get an agent after waiting 50 min in que. - Sitting in call que and getting fed Digicerts slogans of how "great" their technicians are. Which you will never reach since it takes too long. Biggest lie from Digicert is; "We value your time". Only positive thing with Digicert is their extensive API and its documentation.

I expected more professional approach because after-sales is a very important factor, I hope those taking care of this department knows what it is. I am still to utilize the complete prospects of this software, and hopefully if someone comes across I can do. Disappointed.
