Very easy proactive renewal, helped us figure out the right services to meet our needs and replied quickly to our procurement team to make this a very smooth renewal. I never felt like we were sold things we don't need.

I belong to an Organisation which currently has a service agreement with Digicert since years back. We have witnessed Digicert decline from something great to something equal to a baggage. We are talking a decline in security and reliability while starting with more and more "Dark Patterns" to keep the already paying customers away. A short list of things I have noticed; - Everytime Digicert had done something wrong and its lifted to CAB/F levels Digicert tends do extreme things, like force revoke certificates within 12 hours, no wait, 24 hours, no way 3 days, now wait... 2 weeks. (August, 2024). no care about customers of larger sizes. - Account managers who priorities traveling around to meet new customer over responding to existing customers inquiries. - AI bots which purpose is to waste your time rather than support you. - Lets not even talk about the Privacy Policy for the chat support. - Unless you pay extra to be able to call support you will get the SLOW support, as in maybe get an agent after waiting 50 min in que. - Sitting in call que and getting fed Digicerts slogans of how "great" their technicians are. Which you will never reach since it takes too long. Biggest lie from Digicert is; "We value your time". Only positive thing with Digicert is their extensive API and its documentation.

Fadia checked and pushed the validation through after the check was completed, this was bugging us for some time and making our customers anxious so was really nice. Issue we have is that often we can't, as a partner, assist customer in updating cert-validation. Chat was helpful to validate.

Most notably, I was impressed with the quick validation and issuance times, which is critical for minimizing service disruption. On occasions where I encountered issues, such as payment authorization or domain validation, the support team—especially Nontuthuko—was highly responsive and helpful. Their ability to resolve concerns promptly reflects DigiCert’s commitment to excellent customer service. In short, DigiCert delivers a secure, reliable, and smooth certificate management experience, and I look forward to continuing to work with them.

Attempted to get my service renewed multiple times through support and the sales team. It would not let me, giving me an error that I must renew to renew it, which does not make sense. Got ahold of a tech support member, said he'd get it resolved within an hour, then never heard from him again. Reached back out, got transferred to sales then back to the tech team just for it to hang up. Reached out daily and just got passed around. Finally went with Sectigo, which was a lot easier.

I had questions in-regards to the validation status. Called DigiCert and spoke to Valerie. She was very professional, and a pleasure to talk to. Very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and resolved all outstanding items. This is my first experience with DigiCert, and I am very pleased. I highly recommend if you are looking for your organizations SSL/Code Signing Certificates.
