Heather Stone worked diligently to please my wife and myself. This is the 2nd cruise I booked through Heather. I will do it again

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. We are so pleased to hear that you're happy with your cruise booking experience with Heather! If you have any questions between now and your cruise, feel free to give us a call. We're always happy to help! We look forward to working with you again on future cruise adventures!
I have hearing devices that don't allow for clarity over the phone, however, I was told I can only get help by a call. It was so hard. Understanding the words and was left on hold for over one hour! He said he would call me back and never did. I paid my deposit on the 5th and they wanted the rest on the 7th. Really no need for deposit. Will pay the rest by the 20th of April 2022. Cruises.com will probably not be used in our future.

Worked with Johnny and the experience was so easy! Johnny was a pleasure to work with and as a first time cruiser I would use cruise.com again

Sherry, Thanks for reviewing us. We know that you have choices when booking your cruise vacation; we appreciate you booking with Cruises.com. Have a fantastic cruise!
Easy to use website offering excellent incentives. We received free gratuities and 2 free specialty restaurant dinners that we would not have gotten if we booked through the cruise. They even have options for excursions that are cheaper than through the cruise line and awesome resort day passes.

We're so glad to hear that you had such a great experience booking your cruise vacation with us.
Very professional. Compared our prices. Great experience

If I could rate no stars would be better. Once they have your money there is no way to contact them. Will not answer the phone, just put you on hold for hours. Booked us in the wrong cabin after confirming it on phone several times. Worst company I have ever dealt with.
