I love the perks you get with Cheap Cruises. You get more onboard credits and bonus points that you can redeem in dollars off of your cruise. That matters and is the reason that I would rather book with you than direct with the company or any other agency that doesn’t have your level of perks. I received excellent written and oral communication all the way up to my sail date. My agent Debra always returned my calls in a timely manner. I am a very happy customer.

Cancellation policy is a joke. The website showed that my deposit was 100 percent refundable. Booked it and 3 days later I canceled my trip. I paid $218. I was told that my deposit was paid by them and my confirmation not my application showed there is a penalty of $100. Received $78. The explanation is ridiculous. I researched and it shows 25 per person. That’s $50.

Representatives are very helpful in picking cabins, Excursions and pricing. Cheep Cruises represents all major Cruise Lines in one location for date, destinations, pticing, gratuities, & insurance.

Booking the cruise was ULTIMATELY easy albeit confusing at 1st. The web pages are jam-packed with pictures, huge and tiny writing in different colors and fonts. Finding simple answers like dates, prices, rooms are hard to find. You’ve got to wade through a group of commitment steps to get to what you really want to know. What really upset me, though, is that I entered a chat with a representative (her name began with “La…”) who gave me the wrong port-of-call for my voyage. Based upon that information, I began making plane reservations for an airport 3 hours from the city the cruise would be leaving from!!!! Then, I checked ChatGPT and discovered that the representative was giving misinformation. Boy, was I mad! So, please check and recheck what you read and hear. Talk to more than 1 cruise line representative, then Google it again, then AI it again. Make sure all the information that you receive jibes.

They tried to get feedback before we registered. Deal directly with the cruise line. This has been a nightmare. They backed up my wife’s birthday, and we have to show our passports. Bush League job. We would have paid less with the cruise line.
