This company is the Real Deal. I’ve been purchasing their well made iPhone products for the past 5+ years and I can’t say any thing negative about it or them. The product is well designed and made with quality materials (unlike a lot of pop-up online companies). Excellent customer service. I hope they continue to do well in the market

Order ML03888781858GJ39F arrived torn open with the phone case missing. I emailed support immediately with photo proof and followed up 3 times over 9 days. I have received zero human response, only automated marketing emails. I have initiated a bank chargeback. Update: After this review, Caudabe replied, explained my emails had gone to their spam folder, and sent a replacement at no charge. It arrived in good condition and I'm happy with the case itself. I'm withdrawing the bank dispute. A fair fix in the end, but it took a public review to get a response. Rating raised from 1 to 4 stars to reflect the resolution.

We're truly sorry about this experience. You did everything right by contacting us the same day with photos, and you deserved a quick response. Unfortunately, your emails were incorrectly filtered into our spam mail, and we sincerely apologize for the delay. In the meantime, we've since replied to you directly via email, and a replacement for the missing case is on its way. Please feel free to check your inbox for an update. We have also reported the damaged incomplete package with the carrier. If there's anything else we can do, please reply to our email or reach out at [email protected] and we'll take care of it right away. Thank you for your patience.
Very easy and top support! Well done!

Absolutely horrendous customer service from a company which I originally thought excelled in that department. They’ve ignored every single email I’ve sent (three times now) simply asking to return a case. The lack of response caught me by surprise since when I first researched this company every review was praising them about how good they are but it seems like that’s not the case. (No pun intended)

Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the delay. Your return request deserved a much faster response, and we fell short of the standard you expected from us during a period of very high demand. Our team has since followed up with you directly to take care of this for you, and your refund has been processed back to your original payment method. We appreciate your patience in working with us to get it resolved. If there's anything else we can help with, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll be happy to assist.
While Caudabe products don't always work for my use case, any interactions with the support team are first class, who go out if their way to help reach a great outcome.

Terrible Customer Service, Unacceptable Shipping Delays, and a Complete Lack of Respect for Customers Without a doubt, one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I purchased an iPhone case and paid $5.99 for shipping, with an advertised delivery estimate of 2–4 days. Eight days after placing my order, I still hadn’t received my case, and the delivery date had been pushed back yet again. But the worst part isn’t even the shipping delay. It’s their absolutely terrible customer service. I’ve emailed them multiple times requesting an explanation and a refund of my shipping fee, and all I’ve received is an automated response saying they’re experiencing high demand. No real answers, no solutions, and no accountability. It’s completely unacceptable to charge customers for shipping, fail to meet the advertised delivery timeframe, and then ignore their concerns. This entire experience has made me lose all trust in this company. I’ve decided to return the case as soon as it arrives because I have no interest in supporting a business that shows so little respect for its customers once they’ve taken their money. Their customer service deserves a ZERO out of ten. Extremely disappointing, unprofessional, and frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from Caudabe.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback, and we sincerely appreciate your patience. We want to clarify a couple of details here. Your order was placed on Friday, September 25th and shipped out the following business day, Monday, September 28th. Our estimated USPS delivery window begins once the order ships and does not include our standard 1 to 2 business day processing time. Once shipped, we unfortunately don't have control over carrier delays, though we understand how frustrating that can be when you're waiting on your order. That said, our support team was happy to refund your shipping fee for you as a courtesy. A separate refund confirmation has been sent to your email, along with a follow-up from support. This is our busiest time of year, and we sincerely apologize that our support response time didn't quite hit the mark. Rest assured, our team is working hard to get customers taken care of as efficiently as possible and we thank you for your patience. If you'd still like to proceed with a return once your order arrives, we do offer Returns and Exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Feel free to reach back out to the team at [email protected] and they'll be happy to take care of that for you!
Wanted an iPhone 17 Pro Max case that could cover the entirety of the camera area and the Caudabe Sheath case was just that! Fits nice and snug all over my phone and doesn’t feel heavy or thick at all despite the size of the Pro Max. The grip is amazing, I can hold my phone for long periods of time and it’s super comfy in my hand. Had a question regarding the changeable buttons and customer service were incredibly nice and helpful!

I ordered a new case and screen protectors from Caudabe. A few weeks after delivery, I received an email from Caudabe asking how I was finding the products which was very refreshing. Typically, a company makes a sale and moves on but they (either through AI or customer support agents) followed up just to see how I was enjoying the product. That alone is great customer service. Now, I had run into an issue with one of the screen protectors and had replied to that email with my thanks and just noted the issue I ran into. They were reasonably responsive, asked for a few details and shipped me new screen protectors. This elevated the customer service to excellent! Additionally, everyone that sees/holds my phone, loves the case which is a testament to the quality of the product they offer. Excellent quality Excellent service = repeat customer
