Order ML03888781858GJ39F arrived torn open with the phone case missing. I emailed support immediately with photo proof and followed up 3 times over 9 days. I have received zero human response, only automated marketing emails. I have initiated a bank chargeback. Update: After this review, Caudabe replied, explained my emails had gone to their spam folder, and sent a replacement at no charge. It arrived in good condition and I'm happy with the case itself. I'm withdrawing the bank dispute. A fair fix in the end, but it took a public review to get a response. Rating raised from 1 to 4 stars to reflect the resolution.

Package damaged during shipping. Grip worse than expected. Great packaging still. Price goes fine. I do not recommend to pay the shipping to Europe.

EDIT: Caudabe got in touch with me. They took a little while to respond, but after a few email exchanges, they resolved my issue. Throughout the email exchange, they were kind, attentive, and always willing to help the customer. I haven’t received the case yet, so I can’t evaluate the product itself at this point. Nevertheless, I’m changing my rating to 4 stars. P.S: I hope Caudabe opens a store in Europe someday 🙂 Avoid buying from this company, especially if you live in Europe. They do not comply with customs fees. We pay VAT at checkout, but not the new EU fees that came into effect on July 1st. ​As a result, the item is not delivered—even if I am willing to pay the fees—and is returned to the sender. In other words, you either pay everything to the supplier or everything at customs. It is not possible to pay one tax to the supplier and another at customs. ​But worst of all, they don't reply to emails or Messenger messages. They state a 48-hour response time for emails, but they never follow through. ​So, I neither receive the items nor can I get a refund! Order TK03B86730637HG35E

I ordered all the way from Germany! So far im really impressed with my synthesis for 17 pro. The material feels unique. It has a good grip and you dont see fingerprints on it. The back material is amazing too. The frost is perfect in my opinion, not too much, just the right amount for improved grip and no fingerprints as well! The buttons are high quality and dont rattle. And the micro dots are also very useful and provide a nice grip without being too much or annoying. Plus the Case sits so tight that its hard to get it off again ;) love it! I havent dropped it yet so i cant tell how efficient the protection really is and some people reported that the back can detach after some months. I have to say it is indeed over priced. I payed around 65€ with taxes. But I guess as long as people pay the price theres no reason for Caudabe to make it cheaper :|

I would have given them a five, but I received the wrong part at first.However, once they responded, they were quick to fix the matter.And were very respectful and efficient. The case itself, I really like and the fact that you can alter the color of buttons is such a cool feature.

Ok, I've used their cases for years. The sheath is a brilliant case, this time around though as it's not available I went for the paragon not my thing but each to their own. The trouble this year is the customer support. Beyond shocking, I get a quicker response from my electricity provider who deals with millions of people. The only way I found to actually get a response was to reach out to their social media team give them a nudge. So basically.. Cases great but be sure what you are getting as it's an utter ballache to return or even get a response. I love their products; they last and offer a guarantee. I have never had an issue with product quality. My major concern is the delayed shipping of the iPhone 17 cases. A phone case is something we need quickly to protect the device. I ordered my case early weeks ago and it is still not here. On their website, they mention shipping delays, but updates have been infrequent. It's been almost 3 weeks since I ordered my case, and no sign of it or it even being shipped. This is dissapointing and frustrating, offer some money back for this extended delay or provide the option to cancel my order. Update 10/16: Customer service did reach out to me. They were very aware of the shipping delays and acknowledged the impact it was having on customers. I did receive a 30% refund for the case I purchased. My understanding is the case has not yet shipped. I recognize a lot of factors causing this delay are outside of their control but it's still a challenging experience for customers. I will update my review once I do receive the product.

I’ve been really impressed with the quality of Caudabe’s products, truly amazing craftsmanship that stands out. However, I’m disappointed with the shipping experience. My order, expected to ship late September, still has no updates as of October 9th. The lack of accountability for these delays and the absence of any discounts or gestures to address the issue feel underwhelming for a brand of their caliber. Hope they step up to match their product excellence! Edit (10/09/2025): I was contacted with and offered a 10% discount offer after mentioning the lack of ownership in my review, which I appreciate as a positive move. Thanks!
