Shopping the website, order process and shipping/packaging were great. But I have submitted a few emails to Support with questions that have never been answered. I would usually give 1 star for such poor customer service, but I am happy with my 3 pairs of CH glasses and purchasing experience. So I believe 3 starts is warranted.

I got immediately replacement glasses for my first order because of a lens defect. The glasses are now perfect and I am very satisfied with them. Their customer support is quick and caring.. Glasses are light, and soft to the eyes.. With two 27" screens, this is a must! 5 stars!

The package arrived very quickly (4 days), despite the intercontinental shipping. There was a friendly, personal note from the manager with the glasses. The glasses work very well and are very comfortable. Nothing to complain...

Glasses look pretty good and I think they help you see better But already one of the nose pads is gone. For the price you charge for those glasses and I not being able to wear them you should get a BIG FAT ZERO
