Their cases are fantastic and are a go-to for me. If I need a new case for a phone it’s not a matter of which brand I’m going with, It’s a matter of which model from Caudabe. Their customer service is also friendly and more than willing to help and make things right.

I was a happy current customer… then i ordered a new case for a new device. I paid for 2 day shipping, order accepted. The day i was to receive the product ( 2 days after the order) i got the following email(see below), essentially stating “Sorry, we are busy, can't deliver on time, but will still charge you! Plus don’t respond as it will only delay our response! Hmmm Order placed paid for 2 day shipping, they responded 2 day later, then told they will get back to me in 1-2 days. Genius increase revenue stream. Great product , customer service and padding the bill … bad business Hi there, Thanks for contacting us. Please note we're experiencing very high demand, and we're working to respond as fast as possible. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response (not including weekends and US federal holidays). To expedite your request, please refrain from replying multiple times to your ticket, as this will actually delay how fast we can get back to you. The team is working hard to get back to people as quickly as possible, so we really appreciate your patience. Caudabe Support Sent via Richpanel

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and for being a returning customer. We're sorry your experience with this order fell short of what you've come to expect from us. The initial message you received was an automated reply sent the moment your email reached our inbox. We apologize for any confusion caused. To clarify on shipping, expedited shipping does not include our office's processing time. The 2 business day FedEx transit begins once an order leaves our office. Your order was shipped on September 25th and was delivered on September 27th, within the quoted 2 business day estimate provided at checkout and in your order confirmation. Our team has since followed up with you directly and refunded your shipping fee in full as a courtesy. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to reach back out to our support team at [email protected] and they'll be glad to help.
Absolute garbage coming from these guys! Tried 6 different Sheath cases, they ALL had fitment issues on my S26 Ultra, every one was warped on the camera side so they look like crap. And Caudabe says they are within acceptable "tolerance " what a joke. Bought a Dbrand MNML case instead, it's absolutely flawless and far better than Caudabe junk. As to Caudabes answer below. The fact that you have to send multiple replacements to even get a half decent fitting case is just ridiculous. The replacement you sent for the ember Paragon has terrible warping around the buttons and looks ugly, worse than the original one with ridiculous loose buttons, can't even use it because its an eyesore. The Sheath i thought fit ok eventually ended up all slanted and ugly like the other ones. For the price this shouldn't be happening even once, let alone a half dozen or more times. My first MNML case from Dbrand is impeccable, so much so I ordered a second. This is the experience you should be seeking for your customers.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We'd like to add some additional context here. Over the last several months, our team has worked closely with you across multiple support conversations. During that time, we sent you 5 free warranty replacements, none of which we required you to return, and refunded the full product cost on 8 of your 15 total orders. In August, you let us know that your replacement Sheath fit well and met your expectations, and we were glad to hear it. Later that month, you reached out regarding an issue with your Paragon, and we sent a free warranty replacement for it as well. When you requested another replacement in September, our team carefully reviewed the photos and videos you shared and found the case to be within our normal manufacturing standards. Despite this, our team requested and received approval to refund the original item as a courtesy. We're confident that we went above and beyond to find reasonable resolutions for you, and we're sorry to hear you're not satisfied. We strongly believe our policies are fair, and we did everything we could to accommodate you every step of the way.
This company’s customer service is non existent. Wont reply to my 30 day no questions asked return/exchange. For a $55 case, this is beyond frustrating and unacceptable. No phone number to call. Support@caudabe doesn’t respond back. All of these reviews on trust pilot are fake. Try to contact support@caudabe and see how long it takes to receive a response. It’s been over 5 days for me.

We sincerely apologize for the delayed response in support, and we completely understand your frustration. We are a bit busier than usual this time of year, but rest assured our team is getting back to customers as soon as possible. We thank you for your patience. I can see here that our team has since gotten this taken care of for you, and a return label has been sent to you directly via email. If you'd still prefer the exchange instead, we'd be more than happy to assist you with that! We appreciate you giving us the chance to make this right, and we're here if you need anything else. Please feel free to reach back out to support if you have any questions.
I had to contact them on 2 separate occasions and they were always very helpful, professional and fast. Honestly the best customer service I have ever experienced. Absolutely 5 stars.

Impeccable service! I bought multiple phone cases from Caudabe and the looks, fit and feel are excellent on all of them. Unfortunately I had a discoloration problem with one of the cases, but after a very friendly and helpful conversation with Caudabe Support I was offered a replacement free of charge to solve the problem completely

Very pleasantly surprised with the great customer service experience. They provided a genuine (human!) response in good time and gave a practical solution for my issue, which has avoided other problems that I have experienced with returns/swaps/post etc in the past. Cases are excellent but good CS is becoming increasingly rare, so well done! Shout out to Robin A who dealt with me.

Product, Caudabe Paragon is great. Feels good, solid, premium. Bought extra buttons, had some defect. Customer support was amazing, no fuss - sent out a replacement pair. Fast replies over email, patient, friendly, helpful. 100/10.
