After placing my order for a case, I changed my mind on the iPhone model I wanted. I reached out to the support team at Caudabe expecting the exchange process to be the same as other companies and take ages. That was not the case here! I received a reply in no time, and it was the easiest exchange I have ever done! I ordered the Sheath and a Glass screen protector, they are amazing! Highly recommend!!

I've used a ton of different cases and decided to try Caudabe after seeing great reviews online. I got the Sheath and it definitely didn't disappoint. Now I get what the hype is about. I also had a shipping issue with an address change that was admittedly my fault, but their customer service was really fast and took care of my issue right away. Great company to deal with.

Thanks, Greg! Glad we could help. :) And, yes, the hype about the Caudabe Sheath this year has been amazing. We even put up a little page about it on our site: caudabe.com/pages/people-are-talking. Feel free to check it out!
Terrific products and terrific customer service. I've been a longtime Caudabe user. Their products are top notch. Highly recommended.

Thanks for the awesome review! We take such pride in putting out the best products and providing the best service we possibly can. Really glad to hear you love our stuff so much. :)
Horrible customer service! They will stall and avoid through emails when it comes to getting a refund ! Buyer beware!!! Also the product isn’t even that great. I found a much better one on Amazon for 1/2 the price! DON’T SHOP THIS COMPANY ! ESPECIALLY IF YOU MAY NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT DO NOT REFUND!

Hi there, first off, we take pride in ensuring that our customers are happy, so it was definitely a surprise to see your comment. We just recently claimed our TrustPilot profile, so we apologize for the delayed response here. After reviewing our correspondence with you, here's what we found: You reached out to us wanting to process a return. We sent you a return label the very same day. It looks like you weren't able to find the return label in your inbox, but that was primarily because you contacted us from multiple and different emails. We mentioned this to you and confirmed which email the return label was sent to, then just never heard back from you. We also haven't received a return from you. Feel free to reach out to us again and we'd be more than happy to expedite this for you. And you'll also be happy to note that we've now partnered with Happy Returns, which means you don't even need a return label any longer. Just take the product and the QR code we'll provide to any of the thousands of drop off locations (usually FedEx Office or Staples) across the US and your refund will be processed automatically. It's as easy as returning orders on Amazon now. :) Once again, we apologize for any misunderstanding or inconvenience, but we're totally committed to ensuring that all of our customers are taken care of. Feel free to get in touch with us again anytime and we can tie up loose ends!
Recently ordered their product. Not my first time, but first time with their customer service, or lack thereof. I had ordered their product along with paying extra for faster shipping. I wanted and didn't mind paying extra for the faster shipping instead of waiting for weeks as I had a device without a case. Got order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation 3 days later. The next I get a refund email where the amount of the faster shipping option is refunded with an explanation that they were unable to ship with FedEx for faster shipping and basically switched to regular shipping. I email to ask why they were unable to ship with FedEx. No reply for a week until I send a follow up email. Finally get a reply the next day only with a tracking link saying that my order has been shipped. However, still no explanation as to why they switched from FedEx to regular shipping by USPS. I email again asking the same question and have not heard from them since. I've commented on their instagram post and sent a DM, and seems like they do not bother at all. The most recent order I had with them was in July this year and received within a few days with FedEx, which means that they deliver to where I am. I am now supposed to wait for weeks and months for 1 case to reach me by the US postal service where it's been slowly traveling around within the US for weeks. Will I buy from Caudabe again? Not sure, as the way they handled my order is very off-putting. There are other better brands that ships out asap if paying for expedited shipping with prompt customer support. Would I recommend them to others? NOPE.

Stay away! Terrible customer service, no product received. Completely ignored my request for a refund. Complaint logged with PayPal. Worst company I have dealt with in a long time.

Hi Scott, thanks for the review. As mentioned previously, we take tremendous pride in ensuring that our customers are happy, so it was definitely a surprise to see your comment. We just recently claimed our TrustPilot profile, so we apologize for the delayed response here. After reviewing our correspondence with you, here's what we found: It looks like you're located in Ireland. We shipped within a business day after you ordered and you chose standard international shipping. The package, according to tracking, bounced around Ireland for a bit and then for some inexplicable reason was returned back to the US. You then reached out to us and we very promptly offered to either refund or reship your package. From that point on, it was radio silence from you, so it seems like you either overlooked our reply or perhaps our reply went to spam. It's a bit unfortunate that you left this review, considering we're still waiting on you for a response. But, do feel free to reach back out to us at [email protected] as this seems to be a delivery hiccup by the carrier over in Ireland. In our experience, that can indeed happen in Ireland from time to time. We're more than happy to help as much as we can!
***Update 3.3.2022*** Caudabe did in fact make this right! I stand by what I said, they make amazing products... So much that I asked my wife to get me the Caudabe Sheath (Gray) for my iPhone 13 Pro as part of a Christmas wish list and it has held up like new since then. Thanks Caudabe, I will continue to look to you for all my case needs. Ordered a Caudabe Sheath (Gray) case for my iPhone 12 Pro. Didn't like it, reached out to support at their listed email address and a such "Sarah" responded to the email with options about exchanges. No! I want the return address so I can return the case and get my money back. I have emailed a second time and no response. This is poor customer service, no matter how good the product may be it still does not justify poor customer service.

Hi Cesar, thanks for the review. We just recently claimed our TrustPilot profile, so we apologize for the delayed response here. After reviewing our correspondence with you, here's what we found: It looks like you pulled the trigger a bit too fast on this review! :) We actually did send you a return label, you returned the product, and everything has been refunded. But, it seems you wrote this review before giving us the chance to respond. All good though! Our team works to get back to all customers within 1 business day. Sometimes, particularly when order volume is exceedingly high, we can get a bit swamped with the emails. But, rest assured, we'll definitely take care of you as best we can. Thanks so much for your patience. And we won't stop ya if you want to update this review! :)
Legit scammers! Phone case sucked they guaranteed hassle free satisfaction. Asked me to purchase another phone case and they will issue full refund. Never received any refund!

Hey there, we can't find any record of your order, so we're not sure if this is legitimate or not. But, feel free to send us an email at [email protected]. After many hundreds of thousands of happy customers, we're pretty sure we're not scamming anyone. :) And, truth be told, our Customer Support team is pretty darn amazing. We aim to reply within 1 business day and often times we respond faster than that. The last thing we'd ever do is leave any of our customers hanging. Definitely reach out to us directly. Happy to help!
