Broadmoor RV SuperStore Inc.Reviews of broadmoorrv.com

As a Canadian purchasing an RV in the US I was worried about the process and how difficult it might be. My local RV supplier tried to scare me about purchasing in the US. Broadmoor was fantastic and made the purchase easy and quick. We had no problems getting our trailer back over the border as all the documentation was in place thanks to Broadmoor.

The only thing I have a problem with is how long it takes for paperwork I was under the weather that day but they did try to hurry it up other than that they were great. Even Fred came in on his day off. Angle was great to. thanks. Mona

I followed a link from RV trader to Broadmoor RV - and was very pleased with my experience in purchasing through them. I knew what I was looking for and was happy to have found it within a few hours of where I lived. My sales rep was extremely knowledgeable about my trailer and their sales team worked with me to get to a price I was happy with. I have referred many friends and family to Broadmoor RV because of their great selection and great prices. I purchased a 2010 Timber Ridge 27DBHS. They will be my first call when the time comes to trade-in and trade-up.

They tryed rush me through door not look around much. There prices are fair but they were worse than used car salesman in my opinion

Called braodmoore for one year warranty work and was told that it was really only 90 day warranty. It would cost $xxx.xx amount to fix the issues and wanted to schedule right then and there . I got angry and hung up on the person. A few minutes later I received a phone call back from the same representative of broadmoore Rv. They mysteriously found out that there really was a one year warranty and what to schedule the work I asked what would have happened if I would have accepted the first appointment attempt? Got nothing but back pedal bull from this representative. Nothing but a scam!!!! Kris C

Could not get through to the Service Dept. Tried several times only to be disconnected and never called back. After 20 min. called another dealer and got in. This was not the first time dealing with this Dept. This is one of the poorest customer service dept. I have seen in some time. Will plan on going else ware from now on.

A very good experience, the initial negotiation was smooth and mostly on line. When we arrived to pick up the trailer we were greeted promptly, we were a little early for our appointment. The person who conducted our walk through was new and did not do the best to show us all of the features of our new trailer. Ended up needing a new hitch to tow the new trailer at a cost of almost $700 that we were not expecting to spend. In the end they saved us substantially over what our local Eugene area dealer was offering to sell the same model unit for. Worth the 5 hour drive to get there

I went in to Broadmoor RV and was interested in one trailer had placed a deposit. The hot summer heat on the Nash 17K caused Pocking on the front part. It was a manufacturer issue. We bought a Forest River I come to Broadmoor RV to purchase something. I want to review it. I do not multi task. The fitting out could have been done better. The Battery Box was not properly closed. On the ball attaching to the vehicle was upside down. I had to make the adjustment for proper height. The term it was in tolerance is a bunch of who we. As a customer just do it right in the first place. I am pleased with the purchase and I enjoy the trailer. It is the right purchase.
