In March 1997 Broadmoor RV was born. It started out with very humble beginnings next door to the Broadmoor Factory Outlet Mall. The Parts and Service Departments were run out of shipping containers and the sales office was run out of a rented space inside the mall. A few short weeks after Broadmoor RV's creation, disaster struck. Those native to the Tri-Cities know the destruction our windstorms can bring. The Easter Morning Storm of 1997 was one of those storms: destroying several tent trailers off the lot of a dealership just starting out. In its infancy Broadmoor RV was able to make 7 sales in its first month of business. That same year in August the dealership found its new and permanent home on two and one half acres across the street from where it all started. Two and one half acres grew over the years to 22+ acres; over nine times the size. The service department has become recognized nationally as one of the best available with over 50% of technicians being master certified. From 7 units sold a month it now sells close to 1600 annually. The lastest addition of 12 more service bays, a paint booth, collision center and expanded parts department encouraged the addition of SuperStore to the name. Broadmoor RV SuperStore has Super People, Super Service and Super Prices all in one place. Come in and let them prove it!Broadmoor RV is conveniently located near the areas of Richland, West Richland, Kennewick, Pasco and Walla Walla.

Thank you for sharing your review. I will share your kind words with Mike and Renny, Happy Camping!
Our salesman was amazing and patient with us as we deliberated between several models, showing them to us repeatedly. The front staff was very friendly and welcoming as well. I haven't worked with parts or service yet, nor have I picked up my RV but so far, I am pleased!

Thank you for sharing your review! We are glad to hear that you had an amazing experience here with our team, Happy Camping!
The best part of the whole experience with Broadmoor was dealing with Luis our sales representative. He bent over backwards for us from the very start and we feel he went to bat when it came time to make the deal. The dealership was also top notch and the delivery experience was great with Charlie and Molly in finance. We drove 800 miles one way because they were one of the few dealers that had the unit we were looking for in stock. I would have given 5 stars but there were some things that needed fixed that were very obvious and should have been taken care of prior to delivery. They were fixed before we left. We have found a few more little issues since, that we can fix ourselves. We also felt the unit could have been cleaned more thoroughly for a new unit. Overall very satisfied! John & Michele

Thank you for sharing your honest review! We are glad to hear you had a great experience here with our team. Your kind words will be passed along to those named, and I have forwarded the minor issues to management, Happy Camping!
Luis did a good job coordinating the purchase. Most of the sales dialogue was conducted via phone since I was living out of state. His follow up and coordination of getting the options installed prior to me picking up the unit, made the sale and delivery of the unit go smooth. Joe did a pretty good job with the delivery "walk-thru" but omitted covering several items that I did not realize until after taking possession of the unit. He did not discuss setting up the router. Manuals for the self-leveling system were not included with the rest of the appliance documentation included with the unit.

A transaction over the phone is always difficult and we are glad to hear that part of the experience went well. Please be assured I can have a technician give you a call to walk you through the router situation and I would be happy to send you any manuals or papers you need. Please do not hesitate to reach out to Jason or myself, [email protected]
They went out of their way to meet and beat Camping World quote. Giving us tours of RV that fit our budget, payments, etc…explaining what we may need to think of purchasing next and didn’t need.

Meeting the needs of each guest is a top priority whether it means a sale or not. We are so pleased to hear that you were listened to and your questions were answered.
Nelly in sales was excellent. It is really hard to find new RV's currently. He showed us options but stayed patient and allowed us the space to keep looking. When we found what we wanted he helped us move quickly. Even allowing us to interrupt him on days off. Much appreciation.

I am sure Nelly was just fine answering your questions, even on his day off. He's just that sort of a person! Finding the perfect RV during normal times is hard but now is even more difficult. Hope you are able to get out and enjoy this beautiful autumn weather!!
After some confusion on hitch type for towing, we experienced kind and professional service during the walkthrough and effort to get everything functional in the camper. The furnace is not working. I called but haven't heard back yet. 'Trent' was incredible helping us and being focused on our concerns. I wish your dealership was closer to us...

I spoke with our Service Advisor and I believe a call has been made to discuss the furnace issue. I appreciate you mentioning that along with your kind words.
The saleswoman Marta was very helpful. The Trailer was clean & ready when we arrived to pick it up. The paperwork was done quickly & painlessly. Thank you for the good service.
