Marta was my salesperson and I did most of it by phone and email. The sales experience was smooth. She was very knowledgeable and helpful a true delight to work with. The pre delivery walk through was also a welcoming experience as it was done inside a building unlike a prior experience at another rv dealership. If the service department is as good as the sales side this place is top notch. Thanks again Marta!

The whole gang was great, did everything on line, went over and interest rate-payment lower, always good. There was no pressure felt and within one hour going home. This included walkthrough and paperwork, also getting a sway bar installed. When we got home noticed a couple items missing, called and they are on the way from the manufacturer. Could not be happier with the buying experience, always something I have always dreaded, not this time. Excellent job Broadmore.

Found a used Outdoors RV 20’ Blackrock online. Emailed an enquirer about it. Response was very prompt. Salesperson was very friendly, courteous, & got back to me promptly about details of the trailer I had question about. We negotiated a trade for my camper that was fair. Upon arriving at Broodmor RV dealership I was met by salesperson promptly, taken for a tour of RV. Met sales manager about trade, did a walkthrough of how everything worked on RV, & did financing. All areas of this experience was very professional & organized well. Was then shown how new trailer hitch system works that I purchased also. Special thanks to Angel, Charles, Jayson, the finance lady & Neil for there thorough knowledge of the product in different areas! Broodmor RV is a great place to purchase an RV from!
