I wanted my brace overnight to me and paid 72 dollars for this and nothing

I ordered the Push MetaGrip for the right and left hands. The ordering process was easy and self-explanatory. I had reason to contact the company with a question I had and they answered within the day and were very cordial with the contact. My items arrived on time and very well packaged. I tried to order online and I kept getting the "place order" button. Eventually, it said "duplicate transaction." So I waited until the next day to try again, this time "transaction declined." I then called the contact number and Kristine got my order in with no problem at all. If not for whatever was going on online, I would have rated a 5.
