I don't know if I am the best person to give a review, in that I did not use your service other than ordering the product. I was introduced to the product by my occupational therapist, and I directed all my questions including fitting to her. But I am interested in how your product can be modified for better fitting not diacussed in the directions. My OT said she was going to contact you about that.

Excellent brace, very low profile and does what it’s supposed to do. Love that it can get wet and be easily dried off. Easy ordering.

I wasn't sure if I had the right size Push Metabrace. Customer service was very helpful. They asked me send them a couple of pictures, and decided I needed a smaller brace. Within 15 minutes of my original call I had received a return label and they will send the smaller size as soon as they receive the one I am returning.
