I'm a physical therapist and over 30 years of working on patients has done a number on my hands. My thumb/CMC arthritis has become pretty painful in the last couple of years, but it's a tough joint to isolate. This CMC brace is low-profile enough to work in, sleep in, do just about anything. Bracelab has been responsive to my orders, with quick delivery and good customer service.

This product was suggested by Ortho surgeon. I have severe arthritis CMC joint of thumb. Very painful and needs support. Wore it last night to work and kept it on most of the shift. Other than being comfortable, I was able to keep it on after putting on a glove while attending to my patients. Still maintaining the support and keeping it clean. The measurement guide is an approximate. I measured my hand for a size 1 but it was uncomfortable. Customer service rep Elle has been very helpful. I ordered the size 2 and its a better fit for me. Now I am working on return of the smaller one in exchange for the bigger size so that I may keep one at home and one at work. Let's see how well this material stands up to use. Seems well made. easy on and off.

thanks for your quick response ! My therapist at Briarcrest had me order the thumb brace, and hope it will help with protection while thumb heals! It seemed a little stiff at first,mbut fits well and gave good support. Will keep in touch!
