This brace was for my 89-year old Mother who was suffering badly from a fractured vertebrae. I was hoping this brace would help. Sadly, the brace was too large. The only reason we didn’t try ordering a smaller size wa that her doctor recommended a different course of action. I was very grateful that you allowed me to return the brace for a full refund. Thank you so much.

My wrist has been really achey. Since I started wearing this brace every day for almost a week it has NOT bothered me. I did take a nap in it and that probably wasn’t the best to do. Otherwise I am hoping this is healing whatever May be going on with my wrist.

Easy to work with

Phone ordering process was easy for thumb brace. Product is easy to wear and less obtrusive than other brands. But cost is prohibitive-do you market to insurance plans for reimbursement?

Product works great, purchased previously, then misplaced, tried to get into acct online, unsuccessful. I called, spoke with customer service staff, who were great at pulling my prior order and placing the new order with no hassles, just kindness and a real person!

I simply measured my hand per instructions and placed order on line. I received updates on shipping status. A few days later Metagrip arrived in great condition with excellent packaging and directions. It helps tremendously with supporting my thumb movement. I can confidently grip coffee cups, bottles, twist off lids, etc., and the Metagrip has significantly reduced amount of pain/discomfort when performing all of these gripping and turning tasks. Since it is a discreet brace, I can wear it under gloves and comfortably throughout the day. I am extremely happy I purchased it.

I have ordered a number of these braces and they are life savers before surgery and even for a few months after. A couple of months ago it took 2 weeks to get an order but this time it was back to a great 5 days from order to mailbox! Thanks

Brace was as expected. However, my special circumstances meant it would not work for my needs. I was very pleased at your immediate response and willingness to allow me to return the brace. I consider that extremely good customer service.
