Well designed for support but device has some rather sharp edges that make adjustment difficult. It was recommended that the edges could be rolled or trimmed by my care provider. I shall investigate this. Thanks for the suggestion.

The brace did not arrive. I thought the shipping was free because of how the website advertised it, and it was not until after I placed my order that I realized I was paying for FedEx delivery (an extra $21). I accepted this communication glitch assuming I would get the product sooner so that was okay. But more than a week later I have yet to receive the item.

Easy to find size. Measurements easy to follow

I can really feel the difference since I started to wear it. Using it at night has help with my sleep. Doing chores has become easier since it protects me from hurting my thumb. I can hold the dishes better but, it does feel a little uncomfortable when wet..It does help alot from getting accidentely hurt or hit, when I use it. Soon, I know I will order for my right thumb too. Thank you, for relief it has brought me.

Great service. I bought a left 2 couple of years ago when I was first experiencing pain. It was too small. Contacting customer service, they provided a replacement at no cost. Now, I just ordered a right 3 for my right hand with full confidence it will fit great. I highly recommend BraceLab for their great price and service.
