Very easy to place the order. Wish they handled the claim through Medicare. Creates more work for me and my doctor.

The strips of Velcro keep coming loose. Sore thumb after wearing for hours.

I looked around for the thumb braces recommended to me by my physical therapist, and found them here for less than other places. Ordering was slick, easy, and shipping was super quick. I'm very pleased with the product!
