I searched quite a while before finding the right thumb brace. I was really please with the brace I ordered not lost it! Because it worked well and was well designed and constructed, I had to come back and get a replacement.

They called me back right away, took my order over the phone and my payment. Also keeping me informed by email of shipment of my order. Thanks for the polite, person to person customer service!

Easy to order, explained items well with diagrams and videos. This is my second order each brace (thumb and wrist carpal tunnel) are very well made and works just as company stated. Great products!

I had a brace lab brace for my left hand, and when the Velcro wore out, I reached out to brace lab to ask if they would either repair it themselves or tell me how to repair it, they told me to order a new one—that they don’t do repairs I discovered on my own that I was able to buy some Velcro (for $4) from the hardware store, attach it to the worn-out velcro strap, and make the brace functional again. (I wish I could attach a photo.) I really don’t understand why brace lab did not at least recommend trying that fix for such an expensive product. When I wrote an earlier review, Bracelab told me to reach out to customer support. The nice person I spoke to acknowledged that they were working to improve the velcro--I guess I improved it on my own! Maybe they should hire me as a consultant! 🤣

The Push brace is a God-send. Helps tremendously with the pain in my right thumb! My whole family has ordered the brace!! It works!!
