When I tried to call, all reps were busy. I was asked to leave a message for a callback. And they called me back shortly after. I was having trouble with the billing online and they walked me through it. Looking forward to using the thumb splint I’m expecting great results from this good company.

I love the brace for CMC arthritis. I've tried several different braces and this one is, by far, the comfortable one. I sometimes forget that I have it on. Thank you Brace Lab!
