This was my second order for the same hand so it went very smoothly. The web site was very easy to use. I already had determined my size through a hand therapist so I just ordered it. The product is amazing, I had used other braces but this is the only that works for CMC joint.

I like the brace, it helps a lot with the hypermobility of my thumb joint, but I am sad that it was priced so high, considering the materials used. $50 or even $70 might be acceptable enough, but $100+ feels very opportunistic. Having to try to find money to buy so many braces as recommended by my Drs is hard enough, but the common thread of high prices for basic materials is deeply depressing. I wish outlets such as this would be more considerate of how many people have put themselves into debt by investing in body braces like this one just to try to live their lives semi-normally again. The medical device sector seems especially soulless and I hate having to buy into it as a customer.

All Push braces are manufactured in Europe with high-quality materials whose streamlined designs and durability provide optimal support without unnecessarily restricting movement. The Push MetaGrip is made out of a high temperature thermoplastic that is durable, will stand up to high temperatures, machine washable, and typically can last multiple years. It will also get softer and more conformed to you as you wear it more, like a pair of good leather shoes. There is also an L-code/HCPCS code to help you seek reimbursement for the brace from your insurance agency if you wish to do so. Product is as advertised. Fits well and helps stabilize my thumb with minimal impact to using my hand.

I came really evaluate my experience since I have not yet gotten my refund. The product was probably proper, but very uncomfortable to wear for me even trying different adjustments and wearing it for different tasks. I returned it but have not gotten acknowledgment or a refund, so customer service is way less than stellar.

Per the tracking number it looks like USPS has the brace out for delivery to us. I will keep an eye out for this return today for you. This brace did not work for me at all. It hurt the top of my thumb and I couldn’t wear it.
