The product arrived in good timeframe. I tried this product at the doctor's office and it is the same. It is amazingly comfortable and supports my hand the way it is intended to do. I highly recommend this product

The brace helps. I may have measured incorrectly, but mine is a bit small. I’m able to use it, opening the Velcro straps out quite a bit.

My advanced arthritis meant the braces wouldn't work for me, and Bracelab allowed me to return them. Very nice.

Take a picture of your brace when you receive. The company refused my return. I literally put it on and took it off. They said there was blue coloring on the thumb part of the brace. I am 75 and have thin hands. This is the worst brace I have worn. There are better more comfortable options to buy. Try them first. I recommend comfort cool thumb splint or futuro thumb brace which you can buy at the grocery store.

Thank you for your feedback Margaret. Per our return and exchange policy “All braces returned for improper fit must be in new condition with the original product inserts and packaging. Braces may be tried on for sizing and fit but must be unused.”. Please feel free to contact us if you have further questions or if there is any other way we may assist you.
They gave detailed instructions on how to fit the hand brace. It is so comfortable and supportive, I forget that I am wearing it. I am waiting to see how well it washes but based on the material I feel it will wash well.
