Thumb hurt in bottom join.
Thumb hurt in bottom join. Used the guard for two days, now the tip of my thumb is numb and tingling, won’t go away.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about your experience. Tingling or numbness can sometimes happen if the MetaGrip is not the correct size or if it is adjusted too tightly. We would recommend discontinuing use for now and reaching out to our support team so we can help review the fit and sizing with you. If the brace was purchased directly from us, we do offer a free 30-day return and exchange policy and would be happy to assist further.
