My experience with Brace Lab was great because I have found no other company that makes a brace for CMC joint osteoarthritis that works even half as well. Dealing with problems in both thumbs has prompted me to wear the Push metagrip braces and I would absolutely recommend these to anyone!

The brace for my thumb arrived in a few days! When I tried it following the easy directions and had it on to check the fit I found that a bone at the base of my thumb was unfortunately irritated by the brace. I needed to talk with someone and called the number I found. After describing my situation it was decided that I needed to return it for a refund. I followed the easy emailed directions, sent the brace back, and I am waiting for a response.

Well made thumb brace (Push Metagrip) that offers good support, is not bulky, and can be washed. Also, the customer support staff were very helpful when I needed to exchange my original order for a larger size to provide better coverage of the lower thumb joint.

The service was prompt. The item met the description given and the instructions for fitting and wearing it were clear and complete.

Sent me the wrong size and side and told me I ordered the wrong one which I didn’t as they filled my order from my previous order on file a year ago.?Then you have to return it and wait for the refund before they will correct the order. But LOVE the Brace!!!

The brace was perfect for stabilizing my wrist to play pickleball with more comfort. It does not restrict my movement.
