This thumb brace has reduced my thumb and hand pain. It has allowed me to get up from floor level by pushing off with my hands while wearing it which was something that had become very difficult.

I simply want to make a suggestion. First, understand hat my skin is sensitive and I'm 82 years of age. The strap is very stiff and the edges, for me, are sharp. I was not able to wear the brace for any more than 15 minutes. Fortunately, I have arthritis gloves that are soft against the skin. What I'm doing know is putting the glove on first and then the brace. I've been able to sleep comfortably through the night with it on. The only disadvantage is that during the day I have to remove it for work in the kitchen and garden. Perhaps someone on your team who is highly creative will come up with a gentle strap that is far more comfortable for folks like me

My favorite brace I've owned and now have them for both hands, they really help when sewing and doing other fiber arts.
