I missed a sale because I was waiting on a representative to verify compatibility with my older bike. Then the groupset I was looking at was no longer available (temporarily out of stock). I was contacted by a sales rep and they gave me a great hookup. Fitment was perfect and I'm very pleased with the build quality of the components. Thank you for doing what you do. I will be looking at Box in 5he future for more upgrades.
