Both sets of my new BoxOne V brakes failed during installation. Bearings just came apart, grease and tiny ballbearings all over the place. I have emailed this company multiple times, and have tried calling them, but I still have received zero response since 12/28/25. I hope that they are still in business so that they can refund my money. So very disappointed. 1/19/26 Update. Less than 3 hours after placing this review, I received an email from the manager of global sales and distribution, who honored the refund for the defective items. My takeaway is that if you have issues with their products, save yourself some time and just place a review here - the management response is immediate, the customer service on the other hand...well, I've never heard from them.

You did not return my phone calls. You did not respond to my emails. You did not reply to my on-line chat request. I called and emailed multiple times without response.

Stopped answering my questions on the chat session. No phone suppprt st all. Poor customer service.

I paid 75 dollars extra for two day shipping and still haven’t received my order it’s now 1.5 days late. I get this isn’t completely box’s fault but two day shipping shouldn’t be advertised and charged if it’s not truly two day shipping

While the description says works with all box shifters(7,9,11) fails to mention that it excludes first gen push push shifters and they do not make one for people who bought first gen and want better integration and cleaner cockpits.

I lost the link to the chain I ordered - there is no way to purchase a replacement on your site. I sent a service request that went unanswered, so I had to buy a whole new chain.

I paid twice as much for shipping and it will take twice as long as an order I received from chain reaction cycles in the uk. I have yet to receive my parts so I cannot give you an opinion about the quality of the parts.

Was expecting to get the cassette pictured on the website with an alloy spider carrier but got one that was all steel and not as pictured. Not as described either, definitely frustrating.
