I am very happy with my Birchbox subscription so far. It has been six months and I love all the samples. There have been a few special products that I will purchase from now on. I would have never learned of these products on my own. I especially appreciate how you can earn points! Great idea! Keeps me coming back. Thanks Birchbox!

I really have enjoyed my experience with Birchbox. The products are wonderful and the few times I've needed customer support help, they were right there to help. I like the points program too and love taking advantage of all the perks that the ACE program offers.

If your like me and have no clue what's trending in beauty (I'm in the process of learning, lol) I highly recommend subscribing to Birchbox. Lots of cool products that I find myself searching for at the stores.

They have great customer service. They helped me out with a shipment issue and were on top of the situation within that day. I love the products and the tailored stuff I receive. My only concern is that when I update my profile to how I want my box to be tailored, they would look at it so I wouldn't receive certain types of products anymore. I have found my favorite brand for face care through Birchbox.

I am a big fan of birchbox and really love the concept. I recently had my 6 month anniversary and have to say, my last few boxes haven't been so great. I always look on istagram at the #birchbox hashtag to see what others have gotten and came to realize you do the boxes in bundles. This was disappointing bc it means my boxes aren't as curated as I thought. There are a few things, such as the frat boy blush, that I've been wanting to try for a few months now but there's no way for me to get that accross to the company. Perhaps you could implement a feature that lets you rate your box as a whole along with the products individually.

Placed an order for a Gift Subscription , she didn't recieve it , you Can't Talk to anyone you have to do a Chat with someone online and it took me " 5 " chats to straighten it out . She finally got it 2 months later
