I think it's fun to get samples of products I've never head of, but I'm not likely to purchase them so I feel like I'm just stocking up on vacation toiletries.

I have enjoyed the Birchbox experience from day 1. Customer support has been extremely helpful and fun to work with! I love Birchbox so much, I have gifted subscriptions this holiday season. I also enjoy how our next months box is explained thru the fun friendly video. What a great idea you have had!!! No doubt about it, I highly recommend Birchbox to any and all of you out there! I am thrilled with Birch Box's customer service. A few weeks ago, I had ordered some full-size items from the website that were somehow lost by UPS. UPS said that they weren't liable for the items because the package was marked as "delivered." I was very upset, as I had spent almost $100 and never actually received my products. I contacted Birch Box, expecting them to say they were not liable, but was very pleasantly surprised. Liz, the customer service representative, was great! She took care of everything in a prompt, friendly manner and resent the items to my work address. I was so surprised and SO happy with Birch Box's customer service. Great people - I would recommend this company to anyone. Keep up the good work, BB!

I love Birchbox. The monthly samples are awesome and anything I purchase is sent quickly. Great service!

They always have something new to try out. I like getting the monthly box with small samples to try out before I purchase the full size.

I have loved this company sense my very first box. It's so awesome getting to try new samples every month. I have been so pleased I got my Husband Birchbox Man for Christmas and has used an loved everything as well.

I look forward to getting my Birchbox every month. I've discovered some products that I love. There have been a few that haven't been as great or relevant to me, but I just pass them on to a friend. It's still fun to get the package either way. As far as customer service, I've had a great experience working with Birchbox. I placed an order for a full size brow pencil (I had received the trial in my monthly box and loved it.). But I place the order for the wrong color. I emailed the company and told them what I had done. They fixed the situation for me immediately, above and beyond what I was expecting. Overall, my experience with Birchbox has been amazing!

I contacted customer service because I didn't get what o had requested. I got something different in the wrong color. No one responded to my email. I was disappointed and still am.
