I signed up for the service already why are you hitting me up with at least 3 emails a week. One of my biggest complaints is that they email you with multiple offers a week about random BS. Cut that back to one email a week or one ever other week and itd be a full 5 star.

I subscribed to Birchbox four months ago and the customer service has been amazing from the start. Every month my box comes on time with quality products. This is such a great idea for a business and at an amazing price. I love it so much I bought 3 gift subscriptions for my family and friends for the holidays. I definitely recommend trying them out!

Had a 3 month subscription. I didn't renew. The samples were OK but it several were not anything I would use. I didn't get to choose my first main product and would not have selected the item I received. Would be good to be able to 'skip' a month when none ofvtge products were interesting to me

I LOVE BIrchbox. What a exciting goodie to look forward to every month. Not to mention the full size products that you would never even get the opportunity to try otherwise!!!! Shipping is quick!. I think really for me its the old school way of receiving something in the mail just when you need it. Say your not having the best day.... all of a sudden you PERK up when you look in the mailbox!!!!! Love it. the idea for this company far surpasses most fun ideas that folks come up with --- except this one is so affordable!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE my Birchbox!!!!!!

One month is good and the next not so much, I wish they wouldn't send little tiny samples. They don't do it all the time, but they do. Overall, I like it.
