I received 3 months of Birchbox as a gift and fell in love after the first box! I haven't received my 3rd box yet and I have already placed 2 orders. The customer service is awesome! Birchbox stands behind there service & is quick to respond to emails. My only complaint is I can't get the product fast enough! LOL! Keep up the great work one & all!

I have ordered 2 full size orders from birchbox so far and in both orders some of the products were damaged. I could still use them but they were dented.

I love getting to try new samples each month and have even purchased quite a few items full size. Love the products that I'm picking. I have had 3 complaints to Birchbox since subscribing just 6 months ago though. All 3 complaints were regarding damaged items during shipping. Birchbox has awesome customer service representatives and are always quick to respond and very accommodating to make it right. I just think Shipping is not a top priority with Birchbox though. But as long as Customer Service is always willing to replace damaged items at no cost to me then it's not a big concern…. except!! I had thought about purchasing full size products and giving them as Christmas gifts so I feel that I will have to order them shipped to me with plenty of time to have them replaced if there are damaged items rather than having Birchbox send them to the recipients.

I love Birchbox! I've subscribed for a second year. I love earning points for shopping, and have loved being introduced to new products. Since I live on the west coast my only complaint is that shipping takes a long time and I'm not willing to pay for quicker shipping. Overall I'm happy with birchbox!
