When I received my package with my order containing face wash, unfortunately the bottles had busted open. I emailed customer service and I had another order within a week delivered to me with no hassle! Completely professional and helpful. I would 100% order from here any time:

I love Birchbox-- I love their concept, their customer service, and their products. My ONLY complaint is with shipping (and I believe that falls under USPS or UPS, not Birchbox!) They are polite and cheerful and always helpful.

I love some of my samples but others don't have any relevance to me. I would love to be able opt out of certain types of samples such as mascaras , eye brow gels, perfumes. Also a color palet choice would be nice. Eithe choice of cools or warms ore choice of pink, red or orange. I love pink but I always get red :(

I enjoy receiving new products each month to try. With BB I wish there was more product to try in the samples. Over this past year I have received more mascara then what I could use & unfortunately the product dries up! I can only ask for more variety & a higher grade to the sampling 😊

Liking the products. Found a great new hair care line. Only complain bonus product with purchase was not what was stated but otherwise I'm liking birchbox.
