Hi Gary, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience—we're really glad to hear that your interactions with both our salesperson and technician stood out in a positive way. It’s also great to know the system has been easy to use and operates at a good pace. That said, we appreciate you noting the bumpiness near the top of the rail. A few small bumps are normal, but we’d be happy to take a closer look and make sure everything is operating as smoothly as it should. Please don’t hesitate to give us a call if you’d like us to check on it. Thanks again for your kind words and for choosing Arrow Lift. We’re glad to hear you’re happy overall, and we’re always here if questions come up. Warm regards, The Arrow Lift Team

Hi David, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience—and for your kind words about working with Gary. We’re really glad to hear that he helped make a big decision feel more comfortable. We’re very sorry for the confusion and lack of communication around the installation time. From our notes, it looks like the arrival window was scheduled between 10 and 11, but it’s clear that this wasn’t what you were expecting. That kind of miscommunication is frustrating, and we understand how inconvenient it must have been to be left waiting and unsure. We appreciate you sharing this—it helps us see where we fell short and gives us the chance to do better. We’re glad to hear the installation was completed and hope your new stair lift is working well so far. If anything comes up, don’t hesitate to give us a call. Warmly, The Arrow Lift Team
